Marketing Manager.

Our mission is to create campaigns that move people, literally and emotionally. We need a Marketing Manager who can bring donor communication, digital campaigns, and community building to life working very closely with the CCO.

What you'll do

​Strategic Marketing & Communication

  • Develop and implement marketing, branding, and communication strategies aligned with our mission.

  • Create impactful campaigns for donors, volunteers, beneficiaries, and the public.

  • Manage social channels, website content, newsletters, and donor communications.

  • Coordinate PR and media relations (press releases, pitches, coverage).

  • Collaborate with fundraising and program teams on targeted appeals.

  • Build partnerships with media outlets, influencers, and community orgs.

  • Ensure all communication reflects our values and brand identity.

Team & Workflow Management

  • Assist in leading and mentoring a creative team (SEO intern, copywriters, designers, social media squad).

  • Assign tasks, manage deadlines, and oversee content calendars.

  • Provide creative direction for campaigns, posts, and storytelling.

  • Review and approve all content before publishing.

  • Run regular team meetings to align goals and clear bottlenecks.

Performance & Innovation

  • Monitor and evaluate campaigns with analytics tools.

  • Innovate new ways to showcase impact stories (videos, reels, testimonials).

  • Support capacity-building by training staff on storytelling and content creation.

  • Report KPIs monthly to the CCO.

What you bring

  • Proficient in German and English, written and spoken (Arabic and or Spanish is a bonus).

  • 5+ years in marketing, branding, or communications (NGO/CSR/agency a plus).

  • Strategic thinker with strong leadership and people management skills.

  • Proven experience across campaigns, social media, PR, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and creative storytelling skills.

Your Toolkit

  • Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, SEO tools

  • Email marketing

  • Experience with CMS (WordPress or similar).

  • Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later (social scheduling).

  • Workflow management tools for example -  Slack/ClickUp/Asana

Bonus if you...

  • Have hands-on experience with fundraising campaigns.

  • Can balance creative direction with analytical reporting.

  • Love building and mentoring high-performing teams.
