Our mission is to create campaigns that move people, literally and emotionally. We need a Graphic Designer who can bring donor communication, digital campaigns, and community building to life working very closely with the CCO.

What you'll do
Design & Communication
-
Developing and maintaining Graphic Design Standards.

Ability to design for multiple audiences and marketing campaigns.

Designing both promotional and educational materials and website maintenance.
-
Oversee digital and print projects from conception to delivery.
-
Source images for print collateral, website, and social media use, and maintain the organization’s photo and video archives.

Assist and advise staff on implementation of the organization’s branding and style guide.
Team & Workflow Management

Ownership of work.

Assign tasks, manage deadlines, and oversee content calendars.
-
Provide creative work for campaigns, posts, and storytelling.
-
Creation of all publishing content.
-
Align designs to campaign goals and objectives.
Performance & Innovation
-
Monitor and evaluate campaigns with analytics tools.
-
Innovate new ways to showcase impact stories (videos, reels, testimonials).
-
Storytelling and content creation.
-
Reporting to the CCO.
What you bring
-
Proficient in German and English, written and spoken (Arabic or Spanish is a bonus).
-
5+ years in marketing, branding, or communications (NGO/CSR/agency a plus).

Strategic thinker with strong creative skills.
-
Proven experience across campaigns, social media, animation, illustration and motion design.
-
Excellent writing, editing, and creative storytelling skills.
-
A related bachelor’s degree as well as work history and previous experience.

Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Adobe Suite.

Technological savvy and comfort navigating and learning new systems.

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

The ability to manage multiple campaigns and maintain consistent visual branding across an organization’s designs.

Skill in developing graphic design style guides, color palettes, and aesthetic parameters for maintaining brand identity.
Your Toolkit

Adobe Suite, Affinity Photo, Figma

After Effects / Blender / Maya / Animate

Experience with CMS (Bootstrap / Dreamweaver).

Workflow management tools for example - Slack/ClickUp/Asana
